Aisulu has extensive experience in tourism and has been working in the tourism sector of Kyrgyzstan since 2002. She successfully advises numerous start-up projects in the tourism industry, starting from the development of concepts and business plans for tourism projects to the setting up and management of yurt camps, guest houses and hotels. Main activities: analytics, research and evaluation of the potential of tourism projects, management, development and implementation of business processes, improving the quality of the services, hospitality audit, marketing in tourism. Special skills: development of Eco-Tourism and Community Based Tourism Projects.
