Talantbek Sakishev – Managing Director at Experts of Central Asia (ECA), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Accredited consultant on SMEs development at EBRD.  

He has extensive experience (nearly 20 years) in management consulting in the field of SME development, strategic planning, marketing including SMM, experience in conducting comprehensive assessments / diagnostics of organizations as well as experience in human and institutional capacity development of private companies, NGOs and government agencies.
As a Team Leader of expert groups as well as an individual consultant he successfully implemented dozens of projects to develop strategic plans and communication strategies, to conduct functional analysis and analysis of business processes, introducing the modern HRM system for different public and private institutions.
Since 2004 Talantbek has been specializing in assisting SMEs to develop their effective business strategies to succeed in the competitive markets. He conducted business trainings on marketing and management for more than 100 SMEs across the Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan) engaged in such industries as milk processing and production of dairy products, production of juices and jams, apparel industry, restaurant business, retail and wholesale, tourism and hotel business, auto service stations and etc.
He holds MBA Degree from Academy of Management under the President of Kyrgyzstan (1992-1994). During 2004-2005 he successfully completed one-year post graduate intensive educational Program at the Michigan State University (MSU), East Lansing, USA. Also in different years he participated and completed various internship and on-the-job training programs in such countries as Canada, Turkey, India, South Korea, Malaysia, Japan and Kazakhstan.
Mr. Sakishev is Author and co-author of some Methodological manuals on the development of strategic development plans, diagnostics and analysis of business processes in the various organizations.
