Ms. Kan offers a wide range of consulting services and training programs on strategic management, business planning, project management, financial management and human resource management. Ms. Kan specializes in providing advisory services to managers of apparel enterprises on issues of general management, personnel management, and marketing. For 8 years, Olga Kan has been managing the management company Management Development Consulting and since 2013, she has been the Chair of the Board of the Institute of Management Consultants in Kyrgyzstan.
