Ismanova Gulmira is  the professional consultant at the consulting company "ISRConsult" on the organization of business processes in accordance with the requirements of quality management systems and food safety of international standards ISO 9001, 22000, HACCP.
Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in food production, procurement and warehouse logistics, retail and wholesale distribution. The accumulated experience allows Ismanova Gulmira to clearly understand the internal structure in various companies, regardless of their type of activity, their processes, as well as processes with external stakeholders.
Over the past 5 years, Ismanova Gulmira has helped 15 domestic small and medium-sized companies in the agricultural sector of the Kyrgyz Republic in meeting the requirements of the HACCP system, of which 3 companies export their products abroad.
She also helped more than 10 local companies in systematizing processes using elements of the international standard ISO 9001 and 3 companies (1 government organization and 2 business companies) in the development and implementation of quality management systems according to the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.

Her consulting services combine the analysis of the processes taking place in the company, building the processes “as it should be” using the methods of process management.
Ismanova Gulmira is a certified auditor of quality management systems ISO 9001, food safety systems 22000, and environmental management 14001. She has also been an MBA graduate since 2011, and is constantly improving her qualifications under the GGPAS USAID, EBRD, IFC, GTZ programs.
She is a participant in the development of the "Methodological Guide for HACCP in beekeeping", the Export Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Standard for Paper Cups.
