On March 25 and April 28, the PEAK Karakol Business Innovation Centre conducted offline trainings on “Empowering Women and Protecting Their Rights” as part of the Business Aiym pre-acceleration programme.
These events were a part of series of women’s support trainings. Within the framework of such meetings, our participants participate in group and individual sessions with a psychologist. The purpose of these meetings is to motivate women on the entrepreneurial path and find a balance between family and business. The meeting also helped the programme participants to get to know each other better, which in turn contributed to a more active and friendly continuation of the Business Aiym programme.
