I support small and medium-sized retailers in Kyrgyzstan by helping them to increase number of customers and average purchase value, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales force's motivation and effectiveness.
I check marketing and sales system, then introduce new, additional tools of promotion. In HR-system I provide staff assessment, help in recruiting, adaptation, corporate trainings and create an effective motivation system for sellers. I also implement analytics and control system for marketing, sales and service.
Problems in sales are always complex problems both in marketing and HR. I have accumulated vast experience in both areas (in sales for 20 years, in corporate trainings for 12 years). Result of consulting depends on joint efforts of consultant and company's management, usually sales increase up to 15-30% for 3-5 months.
